Hi everyone. So this is the finalized survey to aid me in my comments. I'm creating several of the same survey, to get samples from different venues (also the free version of Survey Monkey only lets me see 100 respondents)

Regarding question number (8) I don't really agree with the premise...

I'm not sure if I ever had a dependency on nicotine, but I definitely had a dependency on cigarette smoke.
Now I still use nicotine, probably as much as I used to when smoking, but I have no dependency on it whatsoever.

So I'm not sure how to answer.
