So I made my first GotVapes purchase: A Vapeonly BCC and 3 Kanger EVODs. Everything went great, price, shipping, customer service, everything...
And then...
The package made it all the way to my town, and inexplicably the postman turned it around as undeliverable to my address.
I then got to watch it go back to Texas via package tracking. I was definitely sad! My VapeMail was going the wrong way!
Max (woody55 here on ECF) was awesome, helping me figure out what was wrong, and getting it corrected. (I had put "16" instead of "unit 16" and the mailman couldnt figure it out. Even though the rest of my mail gets to me just fine with that address...)
Max stayed in constant contact with me, making sure I knew what was going on at all times, even putting up with my annoying vapemail anxiousness...
I really have got to hand it to Max and GotVapes for having great customer service! You guys just earned yourself a permanent customer!
