Pretty big mark up considering the DNA board retails for around $40, iirc.

The DNA 20 is just a chipset. You can put it in whatever you want. Some people make their own mods out of various enclosures.

Im a cat freak and always put it in my cart, take it out, back in the cart, i even purchased one time then immediately cancelled my purchase and its not even $30 lol. The. Ill turn around and spend $30 on drip tips and cases and misc dumb stuff. But for some reason i find it hard to buy a $30 king clone.

The most expensive mods are the caravelas. The GGTS (golden greek telescopic) with appropriate topper sells for around $350 used in the ecf classifieds, and its one of the most popular mechanical mods on the forums. Everyone thats anyone has a GG.
oh cmon , don't compare bling to a functional tool like a provari power control battery tube.
Yeah, I just think the mod itself is clunky looking...

Watches haven't been about telling time for quite a while. Everyone carries cell phones now, and every cell phone will tell you the time. Most will also act as a stopwatch and similar things. For practical purposes, the phone is more accurate, because most (all?) will reset the time for daylight savings time without you having to do it.
I don't have anything against someone having a $50,000 watch, but they don't have them to tell time.

I actually use my watch to tell time. I am a casino dealer and am not allowed to have my phone out when on the gaming floor: big no-no! My watch helps me know how much time I have left on the table so I can wrap up conversations smoothly when I am going to be leaving. Very important tool for me, but I do agree that for most people a watch is more functional as jewelry nowadays.
