Tribeca Question

Hey guys!

Most everyone raves about Tribeca, I bought a 30ml. just on what I've heard.
I like it ok, it's not bad at all and I vaped it all day yesterday, but all I
seem to taste is something very nutty and a slight sweet top note.

Is there anyone around that wasn't super impressed with Tribeca
upon first experience, but now is?

I've played around with all the VV settings on the stock 2.2-2.4 coil in the tank,
but the taste changes very very little.

Anyone have to change the coil ohms to get that sweet spot?

although i didnt need one, perhaps it needs to steep some? then the vanilla should emerge a bit more to counter the nuteeness....

The same thing happened to me. I had read the raves before trying it, so had high hopes. When I first tried it, I wasn't even sure if I liked it at all. I set it aside for a few days with the lid off, vaped a bunch of other stuff in the meantime, and when I came back to it, it was a whole different experience. A little nutty, caramel, vanilla tobacco with a just right throat hit.

As for the the settings, I've found it nice right around 3.8-3.9 volts with the stock coil tank. Any higher and I would get the occasional burnt hit.

I loved Tribeca right from the start (my #1) but now that I'm trying it with my new Triton with VV, it's kind of tasting a little buttery

I still love it but I think I like it better in a cart on my G6...I think as I literally just started using my Triton/VV several hours ago.

I will also make sure to check it out at 3.8-3.9, I was at ~4.2, but a little change
can make a big difference. I've been enjoying playing with the volts

Tribeca is my ADV. its so smooth and delishus....i swap it out between that and Kringle's Curse and whatever flavor of the month i'm on.

But Tribeca is always there for me....like my parents...if they didnt drive away and leave me at the Grand Canyon in 1977. *sniff* ahhh, fake memories.

I vape mine at 4.8-5.0v between a LR Boge (1.5ohm) in a tank or an RSST (2.0 ohm). No problems with burnt taste. Nice all day vape!

but i think that is the flavour .

Tribeca always tasted harsh when I had the 18mg paired up with the G6 and a minitank. It would kinda hurt my gums sometimes. But with my triton vv it tasted way better with less harshness to my gums.


I moved down to 12mg and that tastes even better to me with no harshness to my gums either. I tend to do 3.3v throughout the day, and when I'm having a drink I move it up to 3.8 to 4.3.

Thanks for all the laughs in this thread, you guys are crazy

After letting the Tribeca steep for another 2 days, the overpowering "nuttiness"
that I didn't like is very subdued, and actually tasty.
Tribeca seems to have such a complex flavor profile...

It's growing on me more and more, day by day, but please
don't take away my Torque or Prime quite yet!
