Will these fit in the PCC of the Blu Premium 100?

Sorry for all the questions. Will these http://www.vaporkings.com/Joye-510-style-blank-cartomizer-Made-by-Boge-p/510-boge-std-black.htm fit in the PCC of the Blu Premium 100 since they are bigger than the original & premium?

The diameter of a Premium 100 is listed as .38 inches, and the regular is .31 inches . . . those are 9.2 mm, I think, or .36 inches, so they'll likely fit loosely in the Premium 100 pack. Here's some that would fit the regular:

Thanks. My mom was interested in the blu 100 but she says this is all too much & will just stick with her Prime Vapor e cig.
