Or you can use those small straws that come with juice packs.. You know.. Those juice thingys that you put in kid's lunch boxes...

I run a 510 and COULD NOT be happier with the straw mod!
I've thought about glueing in the straw but I've got no clue on what glue would work, if any.
That's a cool idea but knowing how I am with glue, I'd be afraid I'd get too much in and then the glue would melt when the Atty got hot...I run a 510 and COULD NOT be happier with the straw mod!

Yeah, I'd stay away from glue. There's no telling if the glue would break down due to heat and/or a combination of the liquid in the cart. What they need is a cart that has the straw mod concept integrated into it.

Maybe I missed something, do you stick the straw into the bottle to extract it? or stick iit in the end of the bottle and squeeze?
Neither, this is a modification (or "mod") to the cartridge (or "cart"). The idea is to make a path for air to flow out of the cart as you drip juice in. The straw is cut with a bevel on the bottom and cut 1/16 in. to 1/8 in. short of the top of the cart and left in tucked along side the stuffing.

so you are using the Pyramid Tea Bags with the straw mod? Anyone else do this? how does it work? any leaking? what model are you using with it?Well I posted a thread with questions about the pyramid tea bags. So I went to Walmart bought a box and OMG I love "teabagging"
It has made refilling my carts sooooooooo much easier no more tweezers, paperclips, just use my dropper bottle!!!

Im curious about doing this with my 401 carts (PTB + straw mod) and am wondering how much of a pain it will be to get the straw and everything into the tiny 401 carts properly.
Go to the Modders forum, cart mods, there are how to videos on the straw mod. PTB didn't work for me I use the straw, works great!
