Angry Cart Filling Sticking to Atomizer!

Ok, here's my problem.. No matter how little loose threads, no matter how much juice, somehow, the cart filling wants to stick/ burn to the atomizer. I'm currently using the DSE901 model. I love it and it's features, but this one thing is REALLY aggrovating me. Almost to the point of wanting to send it back! What can I do?

PS- Pics would be VERY helpful, but video would be better.

Are you taking "Smokers drags", or "E-cig drags"?

Long hot puffs, and prime-puffing, will both lead to high-temperatures. At some point in the length of the puff, the fluid can not flow fast enough to replace the liquid being vaporized, and the coil will reach higher temperatures. (With liquid on the coil, the temperature has a difficult time getting over 150C. This is why you can boil water in a paper-cup with a lighter. The water absorbs the heat and the cup never gets over 100C, so the paper never catches fire or burns. It will get brown, just not burn a hole through the cup.)

Your wadding may be too tight, or your fluid too thick, or your wadding may extend too far into the atomizer coil. (More pressure on the coil will transfer more heat, and limit fluid-flow. Resulting in the same situation.)

Do you twist your carts off? I found just pulling them straight off has helped tremendously

I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong here to be honest... Now I'm noticing that my atomizer is getting really hot. I'm really starting to think I should just send the whole damn kit back and say forget it.

How much do you fill it? I also make sure my filler is pushed back some so as not to rub on the wick.

I usually just fill it until it begins to pool. but the filler gets sucked down onto the atomizer somehow.. I just cant figure that part out. And now it's running too hot. I purchase this DSE901 from E-Smokeytreats.com if that helps.

Maybe try cutting down filler a little bit. I make a little pool in my cart and don't allow the filler to touch and it does the trick. Have you tried dripping?
