I just got my DSE-801 from vaporoptions.com.... im having a few issues though... when i pull the cart off, the sides of it are riddled with juice.. enough that i could even get a whole drop to drip off onto the atomizer.... any cause/cure for this? it happens with the carts that came with it, along with ones ive filled myself...

The liquid you see on the side of the cartridge is condensed vapor that cooled before it got to your mouth. It is normal. Having a napkin or tissue with you is pretty much necessary when using cartridges.

Consistancy of vapor can be caused by several things.
    • The 801 vaporizes more juice than small devices so keep your cartridge topped. Check the cartridge every 6-8 draws until you figure out what works best for you.
    • Always take a primer puff to preheat the atomizer followed by a long, slow draw until you hit the battery cut-off limit.
    • Try not to take too many draws in a short period of time.
    • A low battery will definitely reduce vapor.
    • Different smoking fluids will produce different levels of vapor production. Try some other products.

Pass-throughs (PT) are great. Explain what you mean by not getting consistant vapor using the PT. You do not say what brand devices you are using. That information might be helpful, too.

Sounds like the automatic switch is partially stuck or defective. Contact vaporoptions. They should provide you some technical advice or replace the device if it is faulty.
