It's a plastic foam packing material, I find laying around some companies I go to. It's like the pipe wraps you see in Home Depot or Lowes. The pipe wraps are round, so that's not good but they use basically the same material on those colorful long things they have for use in pools for the kids. I don't know what you call them, but Ive seen them in Home Depot, Lowes, and Toys-R-Us in the pool section. They're cheap, and you'll have enough for at least 25 cases. And the material cuts easy and clean with a razor knife.

To secure the bottles, you could use a small bit of velcro, one side to the inside of the case and the other to the bottle.

    Reign, I like that idea.

Also, for all of us with box mods, I noticed that my blood glucose monitor sits in an awsome case for box mods. Where the monitor should sit, one could put their box mods. and the two stretchy loops to hold the poking device and the tube with the testing strips...both could hold liquids. Then on the other side there is a zippered net pocket that could be used for extra polyfill or cartridges or pins used to open vapor kings....etc! It's a bit bulky, but like my box mod isn't! (I use a 4AA box, vapes for 4-7 days for me!).

You can also use Spray Foam and Felt. We do custom cases at work a lot and we will spray the foam in (start with very little and let it begin to expand) and then place the felt over the foam, press the pieces you wish to fit and allow it to form. You can use a razor to trim if needed once it has dried. It can get a bit messy but it allows you to get a really tight fit.

That's a fantastic idea!! Thank you. How long do you have to get the felt in and press the pieces in before it hardens? Seconds, minutes or longer?

Usually 5 minutes or so. It varies with different brands of foam so I'd experiment with something expendable first. I have also set all of my foam with a sheet of 3-4 mil plastic first, let it harden, shave and then glue the felt down. This seems to work well.

I am still trying to get a good mod on a mini mag lite pouch.
    Won't need to unscrew batteries.
Matierial is rugged, so ecig is protected
Belt loop on some, velcro top on most.

Thanks, I love this idea. The sky's the limit on cases and items you can put in the cases with this idea. Will definitely try it!!!
