![]() I take the pyramid tea bags, and (cut off the bonded edges) open them up, to long rectangles, cut them in half the long way and roll them up, then insert them into the cart, measure to about 2mm below the top edge of the cart and trim. I don't pack mine tightly, but sort of loose. There needs to be some space between the layers of the gossamer, for the capillary action to take place. It also has to be in contact with the atomizer, of course. I'm pretty sure I discovered the best cart filler replacement ever! You have to play with the lengths for the different carts, so that after you roll it, you can see spaces between the layers. What's great, is that all you have to do to clean the nylon gossamer, is just run it under some hot water, and it washes out perfectly clean, and all you have to do is dry it, re-roll it, and stick it back into your carts! I've tried every thing I could find for cart filler, and the nylon gossamer is the best thing, ever. Airflow is awesome and wicking is increased tenfold. It's also got a higher melting point than the polyester fuzz, which was one of the main things I was looking for-- something that wouldn't melt with constant vaping abuse. Someone mentioned using nylon ribbons, or other materials in place of the Lipton Pyramid Tea Bags, but I wouldn't trust it, since those types of materials are given a "stiffness" from a chemical gum that's left on them post processing. I'd stick with the nylon gossamer, Lipton Pyramid Tea Bags.

Bizzyb0t, is my personal savior! I've been using The Lipton pyramid bags for 2 weeks and will NOT use anything else. No point, really. A perfect wicking solution... Dickie |

+1 for the lipton pyramid tea bags. I've also been using them for weeks now and they just seem to be infinitely reusable. I've had no issues with them burning, leaking, or compressing. No need for the straw mod or a syringe since air is able to easily escape making cartridge filling a breeze and draw is great.

I think we have a winner! I just made 5 of these with the Lipton Pyramid bags and I must say I think this is the best material so far. Time will tell but the wicking action seems superior and the ease to fill the cart beats the straw mod as well. Congrats on everyone's hard work and experimentation. DevDoc |

FYI I've now done this for 510,306a,401, and RN4081 carts with great success!

![]() Thanks guys, It's awesome to know that other people are able to use this cart mod and be able to get such good results. I think I need to do a video demonstrating but it's really quite simple ![]() @TheUltimateG -- The tea itself, isn't so bad either
