    I think a video with the Pyramid bags, even thought its quite similar would be great. The nice thing is that the bags are uniform. The carpet roll folded in half needs to be stressed as well. A single roll without being considerably longer perhaps the whole length doesn't seem to work as well even in the smaller carts(401/306a/4081).

    I am so glad to see that my teabag idea has been improved upon with the nylon teabags..I can see that without having any loose fibres there isn't much danger of any polyster being burn't on the coil so I shall have to try the lipton tea bags myself.

    yes, i'm very much for video learning. i tried and failed with the teabags before, but looks like iiimathman24iii did a good job...so now i gotta go try again

    one thing...i counted like 17 drops when he filled his 510 cart. really? that's almost 1ml. how much are they supposed to hold? well, i say 1ml, as in, 20 drops is about 1ml, but that's not exact measurement, just rough estimate.

    so yes, someone please post a vid of the pyramid bags or some pics? i can foresee myself ruining every bag in the package trying to figure it out

    and also...i did some googling on the pyramid bags, and found info that they are made from PET according to Lipton? same plastic as water bottles?

    has someone done all their homework and verified this is in fact what they think it is? not sure i'd want to heat up plastic and inhale it. not being paranoid, just wanting info

    Several people here. Doesn't seem to work well at all. Try the pyramid tea bags. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

    After 2mos. I'm still using your teabag method(regular teabags)Pete,it has still worked better than anything else I've tried.(fluval,stuffing,coffee filters and the pyramid tea bags). I'm now awaiting your atomizer cure. Thanks..Chuck

    Hey chuckie..I think the dry burn method of cleaning the atty could be the one!! I have now had 'one' atty last me for over a month performing like new for the whole time.... (hopefully it wasn't just a lucky atty.)
    It wasn't my idea but see the .."getting annoyed, this is an effective method for cleaning atty's" thread. I think if you have tried every other idea then the dry burn method is well worth a shot. If I can keep on getting atties lasting for more than even two weeks I will be very happy.

    Hi Pete, I've followed that thread. Started doing 1 burn daily(AM) 2days ago,I'll let u know how it goes in 6mos.. Good luck and thanks.

    I've tried some swan filter tips I had laying about. Tore them down one side and fluffed them a bit then folded back into a circle with compressed outer bit in the middle.

    It is okay, but not great.

    I think I have an improvement to the Pyramid teabag design. Rather than using one (roll o carpet) folded. I put two in being that they are so thin and put one inside the other kinda like a v within a v. I think this may need an illustration but it doesn't seem to cut down on the capacity and improves the wicking a bit. The original single roll doubled over didn't seem to have enough material touching the bridge. In any event I will report back.
