reviving dse701 cigar

Hi all,
I got a dse701 cigar from eastmall,net and really enjoyed it for about a week. Now it really doesn't work too good and produces little vapor. I tried the cleaning cycle thing and of course new batts etc. Any tips to get this thing going again? I really liked the size of it and the vapor it produced.

I have a DSE701 from LiteCig. It did have a point where the vapor production was down. I vaped without a cart and dripped for a while, I has come back. But I suspect that some of the carts or the atomizer shifted and was too close. Also, I broke the clear plastic end off the cap (not on purpose), the draw is a lot better.
