Well if I remember my electricity classes, 1-2 amps can kill you. I saw some chargers that are rated at 6 amps. I suppose not at one time. I would assume the charger and/or wire would catch on fire trying to deliver one amp. Do any of these things have built-in circuit breakers/fuses?

One to two amps will kill you alright, BUT remember your body has significant resistance, so it takes a heck of a lot more than 5 or 6 volts to even push enough current to feel.

A half amp through your chest *CAN* cause fibrillation. I think you're probably safe with the pass through, unless you're doubling up on the vaping through stoma directly in each lung... :P
