Default Litpon Pyramid tea bags rule!

I tried regular bags and Pyramid bags are the best by far. If you haven't tried them yet they are totally worth it. The flavor is great and you don't get that weird after taste you normally get from the burnt fibers.

    Hello,

We have found this material to be suitable for one of our project designs.

Still doing research and development on it, we hoped to use larger samples.

In regards to further testing, what would the cost be for the smallest roll be.

    Best regards,

this is getting depressing... I keep hoping you get a reply.. I have been using the tea bags in all of my carts since I read the first post... I would love to be able to have a roll of the stuff... much easier than cutting and cleaning out the tea... let alone the guilt I have for wasting tea... okay I dont waste it, I put it in a baggie and will ****Eventually**** drink it....LOL.... I do LOVE how creative people on here are!!!!!!! it is SOOOOOO inspiring!!!

    I found this site also...
Nylon Mesh In Plastic Mesh: Nylon Material- SmallParts.com

Not sure if this is the right stuff... but it says that it is used in labratories.. and can be heated... I haven't written to ask any questions... wanted someone else with more knowledge than I have to take a look at it.

    it says:
"Nylon screen cloth - 6/6: Exceptionally strong and suited for countless sifting, straining, and filtration applications. Provided in the small sizes so useful in laboratory or shop. Can be gamma, steam and Eto sterilized. Slight yellowing may occur during steam sterilization, but will not significantly affect physical properties.
    Exceptional Strength
    Gamma, Steam, ETO Sterilizable
    Nitex Brand
    Mesh Opening Size 30 Microns
    Precise Opening Size "

The Lipton store has a contact us section... as a last resort perhaps someone better with words can contact them to see if they will sell us some of the stuff?

Probably cool MC, but it does look rather pricey.

As far as ...all I've heard is a pleasant "..no you can't buy that.."...but your welcome to try your luck.

If you think about it, at least in my cupboard anyway there is more than half the 24 in the box left. (Most of those were used experimenting with different methods and cart models), I have been using them about 3 weeks now and we all must know by now how reusable (rinse, dry, refill) they are. They do last a long time.

    Okay, lets recap shall we..

    Lets say I use 10 a month at a cost of $3.50 a box of 24

It would cost me roughly $1.50 a month to keep me in great cart refilling shape.

    I like that figure.

Of course... I do drink the tea.
