I use the most sophisticated e- cigarette holder ever made...my hand. Not only does it work quite well it is also very convenient as I also use it to deliver the e-cigarette to my mouth for vaping goodness.

I thought this pen holder looked kind of cool for a desk

I just wear mine around my neck on the thingy I got from the Widow. Love it and it's always handy.

    You should either:

    A. Quit your job

    B. Learn how to delegate more effectively

    3. Have another arm grafted onto your shoulder

But since you work IT then a pen clip might be ideal.

I guess it's just me then. I can't put my cig's or mods in a vertical position. Must be horizontal at rest. Liquid seeps through either the cart or out of the atomizers holes.

Anyway, I don't really use factory ecigs anymore. But at one time, I thought wire channels like these would work great. You could make quite a few holders to rest your ecig just about anywhere. Of course they would need slight modding, but nothing a hair dryer and boxcutter wouldn't fix. Wiremold Surface Wire Channel - Plastic Wire Carry - Ace Hardware
Nothing snazzy to write, at the moment. So for now, enjoy my sig of nothingness.

How about just a simple pen/pencil holder, very inexpensive for something in smoked plastic with a square shape or what ever suits your taste. Lot's of possibilities at office supply stores and it wouldn't look out of place.

I wonder if I can have it surgically implanted onto a part of my body..I'm always losing my PV! Without my BF to find it for me I'd spend $1000 a week buying new ones

It's called a pen holder. You can purchase this at just about any office depot or office supply store.
