People look at me funny when they see me "smoking" and then stick my "cigarette" in my ponytail.

I use a 44 mag shell, glued to a piece of small square plexi glass, with a small amount of cotton pushed down inside the shell so it dont smack the bottom of the shell when I drop it in. Works like a charm. Bill

Same here with the horizontal thing... what I use is one of those cords made for hanging your eyeglasses around your neck. Instead of eyeglasses, I put each end of my pv in the loops on the cord. It hangs horizontally and is very handy to take a vape without even taking it off the cord. You can pick these cheap in dollar stores.

If you want to be discreet, you can wear it under your shirt and still have quick access to your pv. It also prevents accidental drops (there's another thread on here somewhere about how many people have dropped it in the potty, LOL) and I always know where it is. I think I got this idea from MaryKay?

This is slightly kiltered from topic, but I was gathering enough stuff that it was becoming a problem. I came up with this to hold most all of it:
    holder01.jpg
Varying size and stepped holes for different items (401, 510, 901, 810)
    holder03.jpg
And just for S&G, a couple holders with black walnut inlays in the white oak it is made from.

The hinges are to attach it to the side of the "hutch" on my computer desk. It swings out of the way when not in use.
