i thought a good majority of bacteria would be killed when heated up to the high heats that causes the water to vaporize?

Exactly!!! Funny how actions that approach mysophobia, which would have gotten you an odd stare in years past, are hardly ever questioned in this day and age, eh?

supposing I wanted to lower the nic in my liquid, could I leave it out in the sun with the cap off? Or would the flavor get really bad?

It might... but without a way to test for nicotine content, you couldn't tell when it had gotten to a strength you're happy with. Probably better, faster, more reliable to mix your liquid with the same flavor 0 nic liquid.

Or if the flavor's too strong as well, mix with PG/VG.

problem is, I can't find the flavor in 0mg... And Im not even sure if I need any nic though so I might just do it anyway. And yea, I love CO! I actually found out about RMV from you, thanks

For what it's worth, the liquid I order comes labeled and marked with a production and expiration date. The expiration date is 2 years after production. How close that is to reality is hard to say. I don't plan on needing to store it that long.

That is great to know. I wanted to keep mine in the fridge but was not sure if it would harm it. Going to have to take it out of the cubbard.

I think you're overlooking the fact that PG vapor itself is an extremely effective anti-bacterial agent. There are studies going back to the 1940's that demonstrate this. The heating would help too, but I would expect the vapor that we inhale is self-sterilizing, so to speak.

I've got a couple e-cigar carts in my freezer for a couple weeks now just to test if freezing is Ok. I'll post in another couple weeks when I take them out and try them.
