The link you posted is for a company that also sells propylene glycol. I got some from them from ebay - 500ml MPG , Mono Propylene Glycol USP grade - 99+% on eBay, also Chemicals, Lab Supplies, Medical Lab Equipment, Business, Office Industrial (end time 05-Nov-08 19:31:24 GMT)

I'm pretty sure I paid £1.40 for 200ml at ASDA pharmacy, brand name Care+

Glycerin BP 100% v/v (E422). I assume it is food grade as it suggests using it as treatment for sore throats by swallowing upto 60ml in 24hrs.

Find it in the sore throat area of boots 83p for 200mls
