What it is in a nutshell:
I took the little cap off the end of a cart (the one you suck through).
Drilled it out bigger and shaped it to fit the inside of the other end of another (empty no filler) cart.
This makes a resivor with a hole in it that holds about 10 drops of juice.
When assembled each tap of the battery end of the PV against the palm delivers approximately 1/2 drop of juice to the atty chamber.
4 or 5 taps spits out about 2 drops of juice.
Vape.Repeat whenever.Like dripping.
Does not leak if done right.
I have been doing this for several days now and the PVs seem to be taking my beatings lol.
I prefer it over PTB.
Now,if I could just find a longer cart?
More details if you want to try it:
The little plug/orifice thingy needs to rest on the two shoulders where the cart reduces in (inner) size.
It needs to be a press fit (tight) in at least one direction.
It is microsurgery lol so it is best to leave the protrusions on until after the hole is drilled and the two straight cuts are made.
I drilled mine out with a 3/32 (3 mm?) drill bit and reamed it out even more.
Then clip or cut the protrusions off.
Leave the center one a bit thick as it helps on install.
Once the two straight cuts are made the two rounded ends are almost to size.
I just sanded those down trying to keep the rounded shape until it almost fit.
Install with the help of the driil bit.
Fill with syringe until overflow then suck up excess off the top (with syringe lol).
Then tap it on something several times to see if droplets are the size you want and to test it.
Ream out more if need be.
It may not be much and may not be for everyone but it is a step in a different direction than plastic fuzz. And most likely will be improved upon.
Besides it's free and you have the materials!
If something like this has been posted before.Nevermind.

Reason: double title
Interesting to say the least.... I cut the extra reservoir off of one of my carts and made it shorter, works great. Can you take some more pics please, I'm curious.

What would you like a pic of?
Batteries leaked in my camera and it's a gonner.
All I have is my cell camera and have no macro ability.
I guess I could try and get a pic of the shaped part but it is way tiny.
The thing laying on the table in the pic is an unmodified end cap.
so you took the cap off, enlarged the hole, filled it, put the cap back on?
Maby I got It wrong, I might give it a try.
I pulled the cap off and cut it up and enlarged the hole. And put it in the other end to make a resivor.I guess i did not explain it well in my original post.Sorry
Are you using a 510? It is interesting to me that you shortened your cart when I am looking for a longer one lol. Please explain.
I took another pic (such as it is)of before and after modification of the piece that you would put in the liquid end of the cart.If you take the filler out of a 510 cart and look inside you can see where the little piece would fit maybe. You need a syringe to fill it.Maybe that helps
Sorry for the confusion.I am an idiot.I should have done this from the beginning.
In this blurry pic from left to right:
1. unmodified cart cap
2. modified cart cap that is the key piece
3. empty cart
4. black cart with piece #2 installed where it needs to be for this mod

I think you guys are on the right track, we don't need any filler material, we need a good "drip" system. To control flow, if you only want three drops in the "tank", put in three drops, it should drip out very slow...or you can put in 40 drops and you should get more drips.....good job men, your on the right track....I have a test pile of 801 hardware, I'm gonna play with this technique..part of the flow problem is holding the stick horizontal, the more vertical you hold it, the easier it is to predict what will happen and at what flow speed you can ALWAYS get, see my mod to my SB, by holding it more vertical, it gives more juice closer to the coil, your using more of the coil to heat more juice when you hold it horizontal .....part of the reason people complain about a fowl taste sometimes is because a few loops of coil are running dry constanly because of the way they hold the e-cig out horizontal...
