Hi, I m not sure if you guys have tried this before. I tried the PTB with horrible results. I suck up a lot of liquid or flooded my atty. I was ready to give up. I had also tried regular tea bags and had some success with them but still something was lacking. Last night I had a though why not use both. The regular tea bag to provide better liquid soaking and the PTB to provide more structure. I took a square of PTB and a slightly larger square of regular tea bag. Start rolling the regular tea bag and then put the PTB in and keep rolling. At the end you should still have about 1/4 inch of regular tea bag to finish the roll off. Fold in half. Stick in the cart and cut off the excess, then fill. I am very happy with the result. If this was done before maybe this can raise the subject again. Yosam

I'm using PTB's in my 510 carts with great results. What carts are you using? |

I am using 510's as well. I hear many people who have no problems with the PTB and others, like me, who just can't get it to work. I guess this is for those that just can't get it to work. Yosam

I wonder if the juice has anything to do with it? If its really thin it might be more apt to run out and flood the atty. |

Hum have to try this out. I was using the PTB but the coffee filters were working better on my carts. This sounds like it could work well for my 901. Thanks

Ok just tried it out and have to say it works really well. Those PTB are so slippery they are hard to roll and this made a nice structured filling for the cart. I did stick with the coffee filter for the center, cause I swear I can taste the tea a bit in the regular bags. Great tip!

I am still experimenting and using much less regular tea bag to avoid the gel like result after a few top offs. Still working it but happy with the result so far. 1/2 PBT 1/2 of 1/2 RTB (regular tea bag) and working fine. Yosam

| the viscosity of the juice does make a huge difference.
