Default Is 151 proof Everclear ok to clean atty

Read that Everclear is another way to clean atty's. So I picked up a small bottle, then realized it's only 75% alcohol (151 proof), not 90% like people were talking about. I guess thats all we can get here in CA. But is that good enough or do I really need the 90% to clean it properly.

Should be fine. Just be sure to completely dry it before use. I run a little compressed air (about a 3-5 psi stream for a minute) through mine after soaking to dry it out.
