I use the APC model UPB10 - works great with my Puresmoker PT - others also use a Kensington version..

Edit - for the proper name of the "other version" lol

    Arrow little Kensington

I was at Best Buys yesterday and found Kensington Ultra Porable Battery Pack MDL K38021/K33396 for $19.95 - output 5vDC (USB) at 1.5A max. Small, fits in t-shirt pocket. Its charger is rated at output 5vDC (USB) at 1.00A so you could use it direct. Charged for 3 hours yesterday. Started vaping 9pm yesterday. Vaped all night till 8am. Again from noon till now (10pm) and it is still going strong. If I am vaping slow, it charges up my Janty Stick full while I am vaping. It doesn't say what batts are in it and no amp hrs listed but it is working fine. Has a built in charge indicator on the front. Working great so far. Will post again if any problems show up.

Thumbs up DRCHUSB! @ Target! CHEAP!!!

This thing rocks for the passthru!
Temporary price reduction at Target, not sure how long it will be for, but you can get one for $19.95 while the sale is still on. I love it! Picked one up on 2 days ago, its in Electronics in the same aisle as the specialty batteries and flash drives. They've got several versions, some cheaper but I do not think those have the "USB A" port like this one. As a side note I discovered that the car charger for my TomTom (I just couldn't wait to get home) will charge this thing too! And in about half the time! Really brings on the vapor! It makes my RN4081 vape like an e-Pipe! Works better than the USB port on my desktop. However, the carts don't last as long with all that extra power going to the atty. Whoa Nelly it's a heavy hitter though!
Highly recommend it. Got me thinking about buying passthrus and attys for other models to use with it. Multiple vaporizers, without the need for a drawer full of chargers! Must needs gots to have!

just an idea, but you could try something like this:
Battery holder: AA x 4 with USB interface connector and Belt clip ("Out" / "IN" / "OFF" power switch) - RoHS Compliant

and recharge it via USB (using NiMH) or possibly mod it with 4 x 14500 for a crazy 3600mAh pack

I wouldn't recommend this one, as the output is only .5A.

The Kensington K38021 that Twister suggested is a good battery pack. A lot of us have been using it, and if you can grab it at $20 it's a good deal. BestBuy raises and lowers the price on it often. It can be $20 one week and $40 the next.

Oh sorry for recomded this! don't buy it. I actually bought this panel and this doesnt have enough current to powwer my straight 5v passthru., this could still be used with inline batt passthru or charge batts but the battery capacity of this panel i got is not good as 2600mah so dont buy it! sorry again for making this mistake!

    Nick
