Cigarette tube filter cart filler mod video!
This is my fave cart mod for e-cigs.
This is easy, no messes, works well, and most cost effective filler I have tried.
No more cotton threads, no more rolling tiny tea bags, this is quick and simple.
The tubes you can get at any smoke shop 200 for only about $3.00.
Thanks to forum user SMC for the idea.

how long does the juice last in there and by the time that it gets dry, how much is wasted?

Hi Kingofyo1,
Good question....I lasted all day on one filter but I was dripping onto the atty.
So I tried a new cart......when I pulled the old filter out there was not juice in it.
I liked that because seems like all the other fillers I tried were soaked with so much wasted juice in them. So the filter was nice and hardly wasteful. So I started with a fresh filter and only put like 5 drips on it......It lasted a good 15-20 puffs before it dried and I needed to add more juice. And that was without putting a drop on the atty. Overall I really liked the filter it lasted all day with drops on the atty and I really like that the juice was not so wasteful. It makes a nice bed for the wick and like I said it takes seconds to put a new one in a cart.

GLAD I found this thread. I was going to ask about them because I am going from RYO to e-Cig and I have a couple boxes of (Supermatic) tubes left.
BRILLIANT!
THANKS!

Holly thread resurrection batman!
I would think that using a cig filter for a cart filler, you are going to take up way too much volume in the cart and only be able to get 5-6 drops into it. Then it is going to hold onto those few drops for dear life. I don't see this as being effective, but that's just MHO.

I thought about that too, but will try it as shown first.
If it doesn't hold enough, I will simply "spread out" the fibers a little. You could even pull them apart and then gently wad them into the cart.
It was really the filler material was interested in - not so much the shape.

I'm new, bare with me. Are you putting the cig. filter inside the cup, akin to the PTB mod? It looks like your not, but then how is the vapor getting out? I too am going from RYO to vape and have a LOT of tubes. Kind of with highping on this.

I'm using Top filter tubes, and the filter is already wicked short. If you cut them in half, you get 2, and you can easily fit 13 drops in (10 before insertion and 3 after). Wicks great!

I get as many drops in my cart without doing this so why do it..???
