Please reread the advise I gave. I am going to stop replying to this post because I have answered the same thing three times. The post says I recommend getting a 36mg fluid and a 0 mg fluid so that you can make your own level. And if you notice my response on the cart it emphasizes unattached.

Some people say that if you unscrew the black mouth piece to remove the cart, the filler material starts screwing onto the atty.

The suggestion to this problem was to pull the cart out vertically instead of turning it.

Please excuse me, I do not mean to jack this thread...

I have spent numerous hours reading the posts in this forum. I have found them very informative. It is safe to say that we are all adults here in this forum and are all entitled to each others opinions. This is my very first post in this forum, so please bear with me.

    1. This thread for newbies is a good place to start and I applaud "residualgenius" for starting and having the guts to share.

    2. As I have said, everybody has their own opinion! Residualgenius should not take offense to the feedbacks for it is not about you but more about the newbies getting clarification. Just because we have been doing this for a while, does not mean that we know it all! That is what this forum is all about.

    3. As adults (I have to assume), we can take in whatever information we believe is right for us. Not all statements are perfect and are usually direct to the point. Most of the time, the few statements omitted could easily explain the mis-understanding.

    4. This is a forum and therefore, we should be open to other suggestions. Let's keep things in a positive perspective.

    5. Lastly, I have enjoyed everybodys input in this forum. It has been a very informative and the members, I have found, are more willing to share any and all information pertaining to the subject matter and more!!!

Let us keep sharing our thoughts and knowledge in this forum. Thanks!

Guess the problem I have is him suggesting that he is a veteran. He has a right to his opinion. But to say that he is a veteran at this is a bit presumptuous.

but it was attached, it was the complet ecig. I don't carry extra cartridges, just batteries. strangely it also appears when I inverted the position, but a little less.

Even factory carts can be overfilled (and underfilled for that matter). Overfilling is usually the culprit, but can be compounded by how thin the juice is, how well the stuffing is working (how well it is holding the liquid from just leaking out too quickly), and how deeply the atty presses into the stuffing (particularly with a fresh cart). It can also happen if the atomizer is flooded for whatever reason (excessive dripping, overfilled cart, poor stuffing, etc).

If you don't drip and only use cartridges, it is most likely to leak with a fresh cart installed, be it "factory" or freshly refilled by yourself. You may be able to minimize leakage by using your PV for a little while anytime you install a "fresh" cart before you put it down.

So I have a question about diy juice. I plan on buying the most potent juice I can get (currently 60mg from nhaler) & cutting it heavily with pg & vg rather than buying 0mg juice. This is purely an economic issue. I want to spend as little as possible on my juice. Where I get lost is the proportions of pg/vg to nic. I understand pg is pretty thick & too much can gunk up the atty, but I want the increased vapor & probably wouldn't want as much throat hit as I would get from using just PG. Anybody have a ratio or formula I could use for creating recipes?

I recommend against this. At first, at least. After reading many threads around here, I "knew" that I'd need a pile of batteries, and another pile of atomizers, and a pile of ways to recharge my batteries so I got a USB charger and an AC charger. And since I didn't want to use up all my batteries I got a USB passthrough, too.

And then I found out that I didn't like my choice for an e-cig. I find a PCC less-than-necessary because I am near some kind of recharging source all day long. And I didn't like my USB passthrough because the cable was annoying. And the USB battery chargers are so slow that I don't use it.

I recommend buying 2 batteries, 2 atomizers, and a charger. That's it for hardware.

Once you know that you are happy with your choice of e-cig model, THEN go out and buy all that stuff. But don't do it immediately.

Here's a long post about my research, my results, my regrets and mistakes.
