I have the Cigar from Litecigusa and I was thinking of making a USB cable for it. Since the cigar atomizer is basically the whole unit, the battery has no electronics or switches. This should make it so the USB connection only needs to simulate the shape of the battery. It looks like the cap is brass and has a LED in it, so when you put the battery in the cap screws on which completes the connection. So when adding USB which is 5 volts, does there need to be a resistor to bring it down to 4.2 volts? I dont want to fry the atomizer.

Let us know if this works. I've been dreaming of a USB setup for my e-cigar.
