    Default way to increase Flavor?

    Hello,

Im wondeirng if anyone has found a way to increase the flavor or sweetness of an ejuice? I have tried adding PG and glycerin and that isnt giving me enough of what I want. I'm looking for a flavor booster per se. I find a lot of these juices have the right flavor notes, just not strongly enough. Like For example I have tried at least three different suppliers versions of strawberry and it taste right, just not strongly enough. Can you add liquid sweet n low?

Have you tried buying your own flavors? Look above in the DIY e-liquid section and the thread about LorAnn flavors. I found them at a craft store. You can also order them online. I picked up English Toffee the other night and I put a few drops in a partially smoked cartridge and it was great. I haven't tried any fruity flavors but I'm guessing you could bump up the taste by doing this with the various LorAnn liquids. They make every flavor imaginable.

Actually, when adding PG/VG to the mix, you are making the flavour less pronounced, I think. VG gives you more vapour, but supresses the taste, unfortunately.

Are these LorAnn oils? And is there any problem with the oil and atomizers?

Some of the LorAnn are oils, from what I understand. And others are not. The one I bought contains PG.

I've done some experimenting with flavors, and they are all good depending on what you want.

Rule #1 - is only get water-soluble flavors
Rule #2 - Make sure they are WS by reading the label. I purchased all WS flavors directly from Bickfords and one of the many came with soy oil. They quickly (and for free) sent out a WS one, but I could have ruined an atomizer if I had not looked first.
Rule #3 - Start low and move up the scale. I use a 50/50 VG/PG blend (Recommended by Kate) as a base, then add flavor. Typically I start at 10% and move up if I need more flavor.
Rule #4 - Don't try to do all your flavors in one night . They tend to blend together after about 3 or 4. And you may get a "stalker" that will ruin your testing.

When testing, I work with "drops of". So start with 10 drops of base, add 1 drop of flavor .. and see if you like it. I drip-smoke a penstyle when flavor testing, and quick-clean the atomizer between flavors. Basically I take a small bit of rolled-up paper towel, gently slide it into the mouthpiece end and let it soak up the fluid for a few secs, then drip straight base and vape to clean. Repeat until you don't taste the flavor anymore.

Good luck with your experimenting, I've had a ton of fun trying it.

[*Disclaimer: I am not responsible if you toast your atomizer using this method *]
