janty stick and the 901's

i have a janty stick and have been having some issues with the juice not flowing properly and the throat hits stopping after a few vapes so after looking around the forums i see a lot of mods for the 901 but not the 801 which i am using.
if i buy the 901 adapter and some 901 atomisers will i likely get a better hit and all round better experience or should i stick it out with the 801's?

Go 901. I've tried em all. I am a heavy user. I flood my 901 all the time & clean 4 times a day. Works perfect every single time. I've been using the same 901 atty since beginning sept.

I could never get the 801 atty to wick with carts so I just drip with it.

I use the 510 adapter with my JS and it works like a charm.

I second the 510 adapter. I could never get a decent throat hit from the original 801 and 510's do a great hit.

I've built an ugly 801 mod using 4 AA nimh bats. The 801 seems to do much better (throat hit-wise) at 4.8 volts. Makes me wonder much better they might work on a usb pass-through. (have ordered one :-) )
