I took the end piece off of the cart, the part with the small hole you suck through. It pops out easily.

I then threaded some standard cart filler through it, this was a major pain in the ass accomplished with the help of a needle. Tweezers would've helped too.

I then shoved the whole thing back into the cart. This leaves you a little juice reservoir in the bottom of the cart. Pulling the cart filler through the tiny hole sort naturally forms it into an actual wick. So you get a cart with a reservoir, wick and pad at the top that stays wet. This is day one of this trial so I'll keep you posted with any dryness or leakage issues. So far it's working great and I'm getting hits like dripping.

I just popped off the little black piece on the mouthpiece that's it, but i like it Seem to be getting more vapor!

I am confused too. Does this mean you have cart filler sticking out of the end of your cig? If so, wouldn't it also wick fluid toward your mouth too?
