901 Users - Poor Vapour? Then "Lash" It.
This is mentioned in the little book that comes with the '901 but I had totally forgotten about it and it cured my bad vapour problem.
If all components are in good condition, ie. you know your battery is good, atomizer, cart. etc. but it still doesn't produce good vapour, then 'lash' it.
Remove the cart. Hold the e-cig near the LED end and flick out any excess liquid. Hold your other hand out to "feel" the droplets, and when there are no more, you're done.
Usually takes about 4 or 5 good lashes before the excess liquid is all gone.
That's what happened to me yesterday. New *everything*, fully charged battery, new atomiser, new cart, but it wouldn't work *normally*, (was putting out very little vapour.) Thought I had another dud battery, but 'lashing' cured it.
If your atomizer sounds gurgly or spluttery, then give it the same treatment. The '901 seems to work best when all you can hear is a soft rush of air when you puff. No gurgling or spluttering or other strange sounds.

I just gave this a shot. Between that, and blowing on the atomizer a bit, it definately beefed up vapor. Gotta remember to do that more often

Another easier? method is to blow from the battery end like blowing through straw (when you go red in face thet should be hard enough
) Best to put some paper towel or similar underneath, It surprizing how much liquid comes out! A Lot of people stand the atomiser on its own (again on some paper towel) battery end up overnight, this has similar effect but just remember to put a drop of liquid on atomiser before using or to let a new cart sit for a few minutes if you do the overnight jobby so the atomizer not to dry!

its even easier to not overfill the carts
i've definitely found a lack of vapor when the atomizer is flooded. takes practice to get the cart nice and wet without putting in too much, but im getting pretty good at it. im topping off the same cart and atomizer over a month now, and found it pays to not overheat, not to get too wet, and not let it get too dry. so far this is working great for me.....i think people are having to change carts because they are burning them. that will wear out the atomizer quick too.

Great tips here. I just brought some life back to my batteries. Thanks!

I blew out the juice from atomizer as hard as I can first. Then insert a new cartridge, wait 20 min, and smoke.
works well for me this way
-
ohhh.. does atomizer sounding gurgly or spluttery damage the device??
-
I have found that sucking on the battery hole clears the sticky pressure switch. I have been doing it for 3 months now and am still using the same 4 batteries which I rotate--

when you blow from the battery side, make sure you leave the cart in and cover any holes on the atomizer. unless of course you like making mess.

Can you provide more detail on much juice you use, how much on the atomizer, how much on the cart, how many puffs, etc before you add more juice. And how do you know how "to not over-heat"?
