    Question USB for super-mini mod?

Does anyone know how to dismantle a super-mini battery? I'm trying to make a USB mod for this but just can't get at the damn thing. The part that the atomiser screws into seems to be pretty solid in there and doesn't just pop out like a 901. Any ideas would be appreciated!

ROFL Cage, while that's typically the technique I use but the whole "shorting a LithIon batt can cause it to explode" makes me a bit wary in this instance.

My first dismantle was an 801 that was GLUED in, I used a screwdriver and a mallet to pound it out from the LED end. Don't expect to re-use the switch or any parts afterward though, as they will be thoroughly traumatized.

I had to heat one up with a blow lamp to loosen the glue.

So it's glued in? I did try prising off the led end and shoving a slightly smaller hollow tube in there, holding the case and ramming it on the floor, but the innards came away in the tube leaving the connector at the end intact.

Probably have to try Kate's blowtorch idea.

    Precision work this, innit?
