cutting 36mg liquid

can someone basically gimme a recipe to cut this 36mg cash cola ive been a pack-pack and a half marlboro light 100 smoker for 10 years and im figuring this dose would be too much is there a way to cut it with VG to basically dillute the dosage (and make it last longer)? any input would be great i know kate has something up her sleeve for me (secretly)

A = amount of source liquid in ml
B = nicotine per ml (ie 36mg)
C = amount of filler (ie VG or PG)
D = desired nicotine concentration in ml

((A*B)/D)-A=C

10ml or 36mg liquid and I want 18mg liquid

10x36=360
360/18=20
20-10=10

So, I need to add 10ml VG or PG to the 10ml of 36mg to get 20ml of 18mg
