It is an entire world of products and information. The more I learn about this, the more I want. But, it is a good constructive effort I think. Keeps ya busy away from the analogs!

just a thought.
Probably should of found an intro thread somewhere. But I could not resist to just chime in a little. But Luci does have some kind of smart chip built into it so you will not overdose. Kind of made me mad at first since I took a long time showing it off and letting others use it. When it came down to use it myself it shut it self off. lol

Tip: Just switch batteries

I'm starting to get chapped lips from having mine in my mouth all the time! lol I did smoke a lot sitting at the computer so I'm glad I have the USB passthru now but then again, when I only had batteries, I had to put it down if I forgot to put the dead one on the charger and the second batt died.

I like the guys post about taking the e-cig apart when about a realcig's worth has been smoked, however... taking a few puffs, putting it down seems to also be a nice way of doing it. How do you know when a realcig's worth has been smoked, especially when the nic lung-absorption is less in the e-cig? I find myself puffing on it more than usual mostly because I'm looking to get the same satisfaction from it as a realcig, it never really comes, but it's enough distraction to take it's place. I was never a heavy smoker, smoked camel lights, mostly when I'd have alcohol. The instant head rush with analog cig is not yet replaced with the E-cig. I find a really good throat hit does play with my mind enough to accept it as the real thing sometimes ( which is really good ). Since this is all so new technology, I'm assuming it will only get better ( unless FDA stops it - UGG ). I know China needs e-cig smokers continued money to advance this ***** to the next level. Throat hit needs to get better while still staying smooth if you know what I mean. I also think a lot of what I miss about analogs is all the other chemicals they add to the cig to make it go to your bloodstream quick, your head quick. Those are harder to give up than the nic it seems. With time, it can be forgotten, but the act of smoking for so many years is more difficult. This is why I hope they can make some E-cigs that will replicate real analog cigs more closely such as throat hit, LED burn down effects to know when the e-cig matched an analog, and maybe a cut-off. We always had the option to smoke another analog cig back to back, it would be the same with e-cig since most of us have extra e-cigs. Same responsibility. I hate to say it... but in the future I suspect they will add extra chemicals to the E-cig to make it hit your blood and brain quicker like real cigs- affecting us the same way, wouldn't be a bad thing if it didn't give us cancer. Anyone think that's possible? Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, but it seemed to fit with the info I know so far. Chain-vaping seems like it's trying to fill the gap, rather than satisfy( in my opinion) - technology is too new. But I am grateful for what we have so far, it's awesome !!!

What if you only charge the battery a little bit each time?

thats a bit like not buying ciggs to try and quit. while it seems a good idea, you always either bum one, have someone pick some up on their way over, etc. i know i wouldnt be able to constanly half-ass charge my batts for long before i broke down. might work for some though

Well, I'm going to try to stick to a schedule like only once every hour on the hour for 5-10 minutes.
