I have a feeling I'm not alone here, just wanted to see some other peoples thoughts. I have a tendency, when stationary, whether at the computer or reading a book to continually smoke the e-cig. Unlike analog cigarettes which would naturally burn down and get snuffed, I can puff on my e-cig for hours. I've started counting my puffs and trying to limit them to the same as a cigarette, but I usually loose track.

Your not the only one, I have several different ecigs around me most of the time.. I catch myself puffing and taking turns while on the computer as well, hours will pass by...lol Worst thing about it for me, out of habit; i'll light up a real cig in between. Talk about to much nicotine.. Yeah, you need to be consious of it. It can get out of hand. For the ecigs I keep around my keyboard, I try to load them up on low level cartridges to keep myself from taking in to much nicotine. BTW, I have overdosed... If you saw my ruyan no1 video.. what most people probly don't realize is, that was edited down from the raw footage of me smoking for over an hour. I basically was able to pass right out for bed, woke up late for work the next day with one heck of a headache.. so becareful out there..... !!!!VAPE RESPONSIBLY!!!!

Yup, you gotta be careful on this one - my technique is to use LOW nicotine cartridges and it works pretty well. Not so good for a quick fix, mind you.

I too seem to have an e-cig in my mouth at all times. It is really hard to break myself of puffing on it all day long. I haven't smoke a real cigarette in over 4 months; however, I can't seem to put this e-cig down for very long. I have started a very bad habit of constantly smoking it. When I try to do better and decide to wait until I am craving the nicotine, I usually give in and just puff away. So far I haven't overdosed.

Perhaps the next iteration of ecigs will have a built-in reset feature? After 15 good puffs it switches off for 5-10 minutes? If it dies and you know it will stay dead for a length of time would you be more likely to put it down and walk away for a while? just a thought. |

| "Vape responsibly." Wonderful."Officer, he seemed nice enough. Honestly. Then he started talking about wanting to show me his Loong Totem. He whipped it out and thrust it at me. I became hysterical, and he insisted I take it, 'take all of it' he yelled. I had no choice. Do you understand? Now ... I'm so ashamed. What can I do?" "Ma'am, you've been a victim of date vape. We're seeing more and more of it lately." Next: A live report of trouble on Vape Cod .. |
