Eco--It depends on what flavor you are using--some need to go to 20% to make the grade. Flavors like English Toffee on th other hand will blow you out of the room--so be cautious not to use to much of that one--Sun

I use a lot, 20% or sometimes more. I like the flavor bold. No ill effects yet.

Best to start off with a low dose until your sure of the strength.........you can always add more to you liking! Like Walrus said...some of these flavors are potent!The Wiz!

I use the dropper from one of my 10ml bottles and add a few drops with that. I'll then drip on the atomiser and give it a taste. If it's too weak then I'll add some more.

The last batch I made took 16 drops to get the perfect strength apple flavour that I wanted for the 9ml I made (6 ml TW Marlboro, 2 ml glycerin, LorAnn apple flavour).
