I wanted to start a new thread based on dripping. I invite everyone who drips. Weather it's preferred or not. I want to know... 1. Do You Drip? A. Do You Prefer Dripping? 2. What Do You Drip? Juice, Herbs, Extract, MG, Where Do You Get It? 3. How Many Drops Do You Use? 4. Make & Model E-Cigarette (If Known / Where Purchased)? 5. Any Problems With E-Cigarette Used For Dripping? I'll be honest, on the road and job sites I use carts that I packed myself. While at home relaxing in front of the tube, if can you still call it that, I prefer to drip. I find it kinda relaxing to place 2-3 drops of Totally Wicked 36MG onto the polyester foam of the cart, and then drip 1-2 drops on the atomizer of my Super Mini from Vapor Guys. I started this because I was trying to kill the atomizer. I purchased replacement atomizers and batteries for this e-cigarette because I read many reviews about how bad dripping was. I guess it's kinda like buying 5 tires that boast they can never go flat... like your not going to try and pop one! Yet I have to say I've been doing this for well over 2 weeks and I haven't had a single issue. What's your experience, any tips? |

1. Yes..100% of the time 1A. Yes 2. Juice, multiple suppliers 3. 2-3 drops 4. Various models of the 401 5. None...2 months and still not a single burned out atomizer I'm starting to think the atomizers only die if they are run hot and dry. 3 of us vapers in this house and no a single one has killed one yet. |

I have come to dislike the cartridges, and am only dripping now. 1. Do You Drip? UBetcha! A. Do You Prefer Dripping? Totally 2. What Do You Drip? Juice, Herbs, Extract, MG, Where Do You Get It? The liquid purchased from PureSmoker and JC. 3. How Many Drops Do You Use? 3 or 4 at a time 4. Make & Model E-Cigarette (If Known / Where Purchased)? PureSmokers' PenStyle and Pilot 5. Any Problems With E-Cigarette Used For Dripping? None so far

2) Yes, you can chose you're flavor, refill at your discretion, and it's just generally better. 3) Juice (PG formula), usually "Johnson's Creek Tennessee" Cured flavor 4) NJOY NPRO (bought it before I knew about all of the other less expensive companies...but the thing is a rock-solid soldier...I love it) 5) Not at all, which shocks me after what I've read on here. Alot of people here, mostly top members, have said how you can go through many atomizers and really gunk your system up from dripping (a few posts have said that JC juice in general is really bad for the atomizer), but I've been doing in CONSTANTLY (6x a day or more for going on a month) and my atomizer is just fine. I do clean it out every night, but just by blowing through it and then leaving it upside-down on a paper towel overnight...no boiling or autoclaving or anything like that. Of course, I refill empty cartridges with the juice...not striaght onto the atomizer, which is maybe why mine still works great. Is it still considered "dripping" if you refill cartridges with juice as opposed to putting it directly on the atomizer?...

...oh, I mis-read #3, I generally drip 3 to 4 drops of the juice into a cartridge and then let it set for 3-5 minutes to soak/absorb properly...

I also dip most of the time. I'm not in love with the material in the cartridge. I think dripping in the smaller models such as the N pro gives them a better vape.

A. On the whole, yes. Easier to switch flavors, good vapor amount. 2. Usually my home-made recipes. juice/glycerine/flavor blends. Every now and then an uncut juice. 3. 2 in my 901, 3 in my pen-style. 4. I exclusively use a dummy cart and drip into my DSE901 from Totally Wicked. I top-off and drip my Rio from VaporNine. 5. I've been using the 901 for about 3 weeks, the Rio for about 2. Still on the first atomizer for each. I vape almost constantly when I'm awake. I probably use them an even amount, although I prefer the Rio. My pen-style usb passthrough died after a day and a half, so I use the 901 with pass-through quite a bit while at the computer. I also pretty much drain both of my Rio batteries in a day, and sometimes go through a third charge. When I go to sleep, I sit the atomizers on a peice of paper towel to drain out.
