First Order from TW USA

Hello,

Just got my first TW order in on Monday and wanted to write a little follow-up.

I got an e-mail saying my package was delivered, when I got home everything was in there that I order (Full 510 PCC Black kit) EXCEPT the 5 x preloaded carts. My package had also been opened at some point in transit which TW clarified both in an e-mail response and over live chat. They are sending me the replacement carts as of my chat and e-mail response.

The product works perfectly (even though I was a bit scared about an auto battery!) and they were very prompt with my concern and package issue with the mail.

Thank you alot TW this kind of service will get you return customers!! Highly recommended!!
