The only thing I can reccomend to help avoid your ecigs being taken out of your bag is to buy some TSA approved locks that can be opened by a TSA master key and have an indicator alerting you that your bag has been opened. This however doesnt help the chance off losing your bags or shady baggage screeners...

Where do you find the indicator locks? I've seen the Master combo locks with the TSA keyway on the bottom, but this is the first I've heard of any sort of indicator.
