Just wondering what happens in customs if I bring my E-cig and liquids with me?
It might be a dumb question, but I really don't know what the law says about E-cigs in Nevada and I don't want to spend my holiday in jail.

Customs is one thing, Vegas is another. In virtually all the casinos you can smoke until your lungs burst. They do restrict some areas outside of the casino but certainly inside you can smoke or vape.

I work in a Las Vegas Casino. Don't worry, there are no laws against vaping in Nevada. If there was I would have been in jail months ago.

Are you talking about at the airport? I had a bottle of juice in my pocket and 2 ecigs and a PCC in my wifes purse going through the xray machine here in Vegas. Nobody said anything.

I have been in a few national and international flights with an arsenal of vaping materials in my briefcase and yet another larger arsenal of stuff in my suitcase.
If the batteries are hooked up to your PV the security personnel will see this because the scanner will beep.
Just separate batteries and PV'S.
In Zurich they asked me what it was and i showed them.
They let me pass no problems.
Just don't go through security blowing vapor all over their faces, and you should be ok.

I dont see any issues with customs as they are not illegal to posses. As far as going through airport security just treat the liquid as any other liquid and have it in your plastic bag and you are straight. There is an airline employee on here that travels overseas all the time so Im sure he can give you some pointers for customs if there are any. The only time I have gone through US customs I didnt vape and I knew all the customs officers because I worked in the customs hall all the time so I dont think my experience there counts too much.

I forgot to put my e-liquid in a plastic bag when I went through McCarran's security a week ago. Don't worry about e-cigs. No one cares at McCarran. I vaped at the Wendy's there and at the gate.

Thanks
Thanks to everyone for your advice!
I was mainly concerned about taking e-liquid through airport security check.
But it's good to know that using e-cigs is not banned there.
Thanks!
