30ml bottles go through nicely in the zip lock baggie. I always carry two bottles with me, and I fly at least twice every week.
You didn't mention what Airline you were using. Some Airlines have banned e-cig use aboard their flights. You can take them, but you can't use them.

Be careful in Texas. We have the death penalty.

I put all my liquids atts and batts in my suitcase, then I bring one att one batt and one cart in my pcc in my pocket, then i get a bag and put two 30 ml bottles in it and it all goes through fine.

As far as on the plane you can stealth vape if you are next to family and they know and are cool with it. or i have done it in the bathroom but i was worried about the smoke detector so just hold in the vapor till no smoke comes out anywhere you vape on the plane and dont do it too long or someone will notice.

I would suggest only doing this if it is a long flight and you simply must vape. If you can wait it out its better because less chance of a confrontation

Just got back from Bangkok last week.
Had a 12 hour flight to Amsterdam on China Airlines, I kept two fully charged classic pen style e-cigs loaded with 36mg juice in my hand luggage.
I had planned on vaping under my blanket but in the end I just went to the toilet every hour or so and vaped in there for a few minutes, no problems and no alarms sounded.

I vaped all the way to England and all the way back. Flew KLM/Northwest/Delta and got no grief. In fact, the stewardesses saw me vaping and said nothing as though they were familiar with the contraption.

I even checked my 510 in with security. They said nothing.

I just flew from Cedar Rapids, IA. to Vegas and back with no problems from security. I took 5 10ml bottles in quart bag and had 5 battery's, 5 attys a pcc, and 2 chargers in my carry on and not a question was asked.

I personally wouldn't do it...unless I wanted to meet an air Marshall, that is.

I'm flying to Indy next week via AirTran. Trusting this forum that I will not have trouble boarding with parts in my carry-on and plan to vape (if necessary) in the restroom.

I'm surprised any airlines are letting anyone carry fluids, they wouldn't let me carry anything last time I flew few years ago two years ago you couldn't carry any kind of fluids on planes, mouthwash, shampoo etc.. you had to put it under the plane with luggage.
