When I flew for the first time with my 510 I packed all my liquid in the luggage I checked in and just had a full cart on my 510 and my PCC on me.

They asked me about it at security and I had to explain, but it was easier than I had expected.

I imagine it'd be a bit trickier carrying liquid on you even if it's under the allowed amount just because it's basically a drug.

I wouldn't risk it. I'd just take what I absolutely needed for the flight and check the rest.

Yes, nicotine is a drug but it is legal so there is no reason why you should be cautious about bringing it through TSA. Just treat it like any other liquid and make sure it is under 100ml and put it in your quart sized clear plastic bag. TSA and the Ecig FAQ will be able to answer your questions.

Just make sure to clear it with the pilot or a stewardess...

I don't know about current trends, but I flew a lot last year and carried my stuff in my laptop bag. Put the liquid in a baggie with my other liquids/gels and the PV just thrown in a bag pocket. No questions.

while on a plain i would recommend using ur least good vapor producer. like a supermini or a 901. if u go on with a GG or something ur going to attract an irritating amount of attention.

I don't know if this would be of any value to people reading this thread, but there's a company in the UK selling a 'stealth' juice. I got some and the description is accurate. It's damn near invisible, but still kicks. Next time I fly, that's what I'm bringing. And yes, you should be able to put your juice in the quart bag, I did, several times, no probs.
