Hi Kula

Well, I'e had this viral infection (or at least thats the best educated guess of the doctors thus far) since Christmas Eve and that's affected my throat, sinuses ears, and my voice etc, but I haven't had a really sore throat now for a couple of weeks, my sinuses are clearer, my voice is stronger and my hearing isn't as sensitive. Yay!

Whether it was the vaping, the strong menthol mix I made up, or pure coincidence, I'll probably never know.

I've still got a good way to go, but hopefully by the time my appointment with the ENT specialist finally comes through, I won't need to see him!

Here was me moaning cause my throat felt a bit raw - at least it wasnt man flu!!

Can't remember if I mentioned it before but Vocalzone pastilles are really good. Worked for my throat and helped clear my sinuses.

Not very nice when u have got something that lingers

Hope ENT guy can sort it and you feel even better soon.
