Hello,

I live in Stansbury Park Utah, and spend most of my week traveling
around the Salt Lake valley for work. I found this forum to do a
little research on the subject and thought I'd say Hi first. I really
don't know much about this yet but am excited to give it a try.
What would you guys recommend? I would like to pick something
up local for starters. Any good places around here?

What Raven says. I highly recommend you Not to buy your e-cigs at the local smoke shops. I know it is tempting to purchase at the local shops for the convenience but I wouldn't recommend it. Take as much time as you need it and check out the suppliers section I'm sure you'll find your perfect starter e-cig and save money on the way as well. Though my advise on the starter device is also a dse901 or 510, but just go with the 510 and you can't go wrong with this monster vaporer.

Not to sound like a fanboy, but Jason at Electronicstix is up in Ogden and works down in the valley over the weekends. He carries the 510, 901's(I think), and 306's, not sure how his prices compare, but he is local. It cost about 6 bucks for shipping and he's very fast, and a pretty good guy about customer service.
Look him up in the supplier forum.

Yeah I saw that would be going on this weekend and was like... meh. Mostly because of how crummy I felt when I came home The Sun + Raven = a sad. lmao!!

Yeah, you looked a little limp after that.

I'm virtually 100% certain I won't be going camping this weekend at all, for several reasons. And I will definitely plan on being there Friday.

Hey Thanks to those who replied,



Been Vapin for three days now with mixed feelings. And yeah
I bought the Fifty-One just because it was readily available.
You see I had several days analog free already and really needed
some relief he he. I do not want to smoke anymore. I will buy
something else in the future but this thing isn't so bad after all.



It came with a few 4mg atom/carts wich produce impressive vapor
but not much else. So I bought some 12mg menthol carts that are
very harsh but stopped withdraw symptoms quickly. The menthol
carts have external air pathways that the regular ones don't and
give you a choking draw if you plug them. These cartriges seem
to come fairly dry and last about a day and a half at best. So I
refilled the first one that I used up, with some juice I found localy
and this thing draws like a hukah now. Massive vapor and rush.
The Juice was labled "Regular, High" so who knows what the
strength is really. It smells like concentrated Elf piss if you ask me.



Battery Life isn't very good and last about a day if you are lucky.
I have charged them up to 12 hours and still have never had the
green charged light come on. A fully charged battery will energize
the atomizer element at 3.3 Volts. And will fail to funtion at about
2.89 Volts giving the flashcode 8. This seems to be identical for
both batteries. The atomizer heating element averages about 2
Ohms resistance, about the same as an average automotive lamp
element. It looks as if it is wound around the packing material.
I will tear one apart some time soon to see.



Oh and I found out the hard way that the Fifty-One is sound or
vibration activated. So I got quite the hot pocket mowing the
lawn this afternoon, LOL.



Just thought I would share what I have noticed so far.
