if i could get out of here for a weekend i would love to fly down an meet everyone. i had things come up an couldnt make it to the newyork one last month, but as this is in march i could probably schedule the time away to have a fun weekend.

Hey i'm just glad to hear i won't be the worst guy there....Now to decide between a Kingsize bed an a jaquzzi or two Full size bed.....

The rate that we got is for a king or two doubles. I don't think the jacuzzi is included

Can locals still come if we don't get a room? I'd rather not bump someone out because there were no rooms available. Also It would be nice if I could bring my video cam to record discussions and testimonials and whatnot.

Any idea about how many people are expected at this event? are we talking Dozens or hundreds?

I would have to say at this point that it could be anywhere from 60-200. No real idea. I guess we will see how many are interested from this thread and the ones on other forums.

3/12-3/14/10 Some people will stay Friday night and Saturday night. Some just Saturday night and it looks like some will just come for the day/evening. I can assure you that there will be lots of fun had Saturday night

T was looking at the Advanced booking rate. There are no cancellations or refunds with that rate. Go with the one posted in case you have to cancel for any reason

Well, my room is booked and I wasn't even in charge! So, I am all set. Now it is up to Queen to get me there safely!

GrimmGreen and I are starting on something similar already. I will be traveling to Connecticut and Long Island in the middle of December to start interviews with those local vapers. However, the more the merrier, so we may post to ask for interviews before hand.
