I prefer cool carts because of my vaping habits, I vape in sessions, and the coolcarts do not burn my lips after 2 long drags. Prem. carts do tho. I like cool vapor anyway, so it goes great with smilin.
Premiums!
Cool Carts!
It depends! (Details in my post)

My preference would be Premiums. TH and flavor are seriously lacking with the Cool carts in my opinion.
Hardcap premiums. The best performing 808 cartos I have tried, from V4L or any other carto vendor.
In God we trust. All others, bring data.
Re Hard Cap Premiums: I'm pretty sure those were Cool Carts, but peeps didn't like the hard cap so they soft capped them and to distinguish them from the other Premiums they started calling them Cool Carts due to the fact that after the Hard Cap Premiums were in circulation they started to develop a reputation for running cooler and having cooler vapor than the other Premiums.
Re Drip Tips to resolve the heat issue: They keep the heat from your lips, but they don't keep the heat from damaging the carto. If it is hot enough to burn your lips, you are probably starting to impact the carto life and the flavor of your vape is probably changing as some of the sock/filler gets damaged. That's why I was thinking, though I tend to prefer Premiums so far, maybe Cool Carts are a better choice at higher voltage...maybe not.

I don't even know what cartos are what anymore....
All I know is that I like, and use exclusively, harp-top premiums.
I definitely like the warmer vapor.
Been vaping and analog free since July 17, 2010.
