Yes, I noticed the redundancy when I was at 12 months 3 weeks, so I'm not surprised.

As someone who has spent the past year barely leaving the house,I can relate. Im always on the internet.

Well I'm just here to say I Love You All...and wish I had more time to chat these days. It's been a combination of emotional strain and being busy at work....but all is good, just not enough hours in the day. Hope Everyone has a Super Sunday and I'll check back soon

My washing machine sh@t itself yesterday. Big noise, then all this rubber cowling stuff is all blown out & buckled I've called a repair place but I suspect a new machine may be cheaper
Ah well, I never liked it anyway. Sometimes DH decides to buy things without consulting me, sometimes he chooses well, but sometimes ....

Ms. Nancy no one is hated on the other board, does it mean everyone gets along with everyone, no. Does everyone get along here, by all means no. In a perfect world everyone gets along, in the real world simply isn't possible. Trying to get everyone to get along will only lead to further discontent. In the end you have to take a side... Which is why jumping in on a battle between two people only continues the fight.... Best way to handle it is let those who aren't getting along air it out via pm, and seperate yourself from it. Whether they're your friends or not, it's not your fight. Do not underzstand the gang mentality of today, where it seems so many people feel it's there place to jump in on a squabble, or need to bring everyone else's name into a fight with quotes like "well this person and this person agree with me"..... Ending the rant here....

Friends tell friends when they are hurt or feel like they are being attacked or threatened.Thats what friends do.Friends will never stand quietly and watch while a friend is being hurt or attacked.Doing nothing makes you just as guilty as the person doing the attacking.People need to feel they are not alone and they need to feel that other people care. I think its okay to speak up and defend a friend.I think its the right thing to do. I do not ever think its okay to attack people on forum or in PM. If you have to take it to PM it probably doesnt need to be said to begin with. I dont think its very hard to get along with everyone.Its pretty easy.Let people do what they do and if you dont like it or disagree,go read another thread and dont make a nasty comment. Very seldom do I ever have an issue on any forum. When I do its usually because someone posted a nasty comment to someone that did not need to be posted. Its easy to get along with people if you realize we are all equal just different. We are all important.Everyone matters.Just my 2 cents.

Ms. Keyzy friends tell me when they're hurt as well, but if you jump in on every friend's battle all you've done is 3 things-

1. Created a gang mentality. Instead of it being a one on one battle it's now a one on many. You've destroyed the fairness you're trying to protect. It also breeds further "gang mentalities" because now the friends of the person being ganged up on will join in if their friend hasn't already asked them not to (even then that doesn't always work). In other words butting into a friend's argument just started a very much un-needed war.

2. You've shown the weakness of your friend. Appearently they are unable to stand on their own 2 feet and defend themselves. This also leads to this person having an air of invincibility, because they know no matter what they do, they have back up. So know they're not only proven to be a coward, but they no longer even need to fight their own fight.

3. You make a mountain out of a mole hill. What went from a disagreement between two individuals now is a forum wide issue.

There's a fouth, but will not say it because it will only result in further disagreements. What it all comes down to is everyone doesn't have to get along, we don't all have to be friends, but there should be civility on the board. If two people disagree, let them take it to pm and keep it off here. I don't like everyone, those I don't like know it. My trick is I keep those feelings off of here as best as possible. There have been plenty of times I've helped those I may not get along with because in the end help comes before personal feelings. The biggest problem is unless you know the whole situation, you can't make any comment on it. There are people who do though when they only know one side.... Know that first hand.
