Good afternoon everyone....back from a much needed long weekend. Have a fabulous time with the family (especially the grandkids) It was really hard to get motivated for work today... wishing I had a couple more days offHope everyone is having a Great Day....we did finally get a little rain here while we were gone..not sure if it's too late for the crops or not, but things look much better here compared to Southern Iowa. Now I'm going to have to limit myself to watching the Olympics or I won't get anything done...I could stay glued to them for hours.

Thanks El....had not internet and the cellphone didn't work well...everyone really needs to get away like that from time to time, true relaxation. Have you had anyone looking at your place yet? I sure hope it sells quickly for you.

I've had about 8 showings during the 10 days it's been on market (mostly weekends -- they seem to be prime house shopping days), but no offers yet. It's also been hotter then the hinges ofhere; I can't imagine why people even want to go house-hunting in this weather!
