    Good Morning!

    Katz, I don't do the FB thing either. I have an account with an email addy no one knows about, and no pictures, and no friends. It gets me in far enough to gain some intel I may have been seeking. You can view a lot with just a logon and no real involvement. Why would I do this? Sometimes idle curiosity, and sometimes it's good to know who is friends with who, so you avoid saying something stupid IRL about a person unknowingly to a friend of that person.

    If FB was around twenty years ago...I probably would have totally been into it. I don't feel like it now and forum posting is the MOST social networking I do, if it even qualifies as such.

    oh M ..i accidentally lost touch with many old friends as i moved several times as a teen .I found a dear friend and her family and visited her not that far away (5 hours or so ) last november .i love her whole family ! I dont go searching for any that were not very special .Plus many bands i follow use facebook ( i hate myspace ) and i have privacy settings so info is not public. My nieces and nephews are on there so i can see pics and I have even made plans/gettoghters on there ! .It has a private inbox like this does and i adore it !

    good evening everyone! i know not all of us venture too far away from the v4l forum, but I saw this today and immediately thought of all my fellow dog-lovers....I didn't know this, but then again I don't eat grapes either lol

    Thanks ! i didnt know that ! Dont have a dog but good to know .Knew about grapes and babies ,cats and pointsettias and mistletoe .Dogs and chocolate i knew .

    I have had a long quiet day.I ate cream of wheat and mashed potatoes AGAIN,lol.I find it very difficult to be in bed and in pain.Its so boring but I cant really do much else.I pop on here when Im not having vertigo,and I vape and try to catch the kids when they go by my door and bug them for a bit.Make them sit and keep me company for a few minutes,lol.The dog stays with me.Hubs is not enjoying this.He gives me the cell phone and says just call my phone if you need anything,lol.Sooo hopefully tomorrow I will feel better.This is not working for me.I need to be doing stuff and moving around,lol.For now Im just going to lay here and try to relax.
    Its nice to be important,but its more important to be nice.

    He's a chef He makes a wicked chocolate souffle too, though only very occasionally. Needless to say, I am nowhere near as svelte as my avatar.

    It is hard to lie around doing nothing. I guess you have to remember your body needs you to do this right now. Maybe you can get some relaxation cds or something. Do you meditate at all? That might help. Hang in there Keyzy!

    Yea...there are quite a few things that are surprising that are poisonous for doggies....garlic is in certain quantities or over a long period of time....I have a list somewhere....certain nuts are poison for them.....and the chocolate is to a degree..more so dangerous than poisonous...and especially for little dogs and Dark Chocolate is the worst....it can cause a heart attack. I'll try and find the list, it was quite interesting.

    Keyzy, I can only imagine how hard it is for you. I know I would be going crazy pinned to bed like that too. Hopefully all the positive healing energy being sent your way will speed your recovery so you can get your move on again
