Just caught myself oversleeping a bit. Woke up (if that's what one could call it) and made waffles while the coffee was brewing. Baby and I sat down to eat, and after the first bite I found myself with lips clenched around the fork handle, pressing a finger down along the handle and thinking I was vaping.

Good morning all .Does anyone think there might me a family sale because yesterday there was a regular sale ? Hope so .

I saw a posting on the main forum and meant to mention it because the point was good .For all of you that have little children : Using the term "e-juice " or juice " in your household is not good because young children may associate it with a drinkable juice ,made sense to me ..just thought it was a good warning .
Also : the question came up about vaping safety and birds on the v4life facebook page and knowing birds systems are totally different from a cat / dog I suggested asking your bird vet as scents are known to kill birds .

wow, nancy, I didnt know or even think about vaping+birds. I would love to one day get an African Grey Congo and I certainly wouldnt wanna kill it from vaping! Thanks for the info! and the juice thing makes really good sense.

I have a small bird and i really didnt think about it either until the question came up .
I know one lady said she killed her bird accidently of course by using scented candles and incense very sad .The only one i had read was that you need them away from kitchens and the burnoff from non stick pans can kill them .
I would love to have a cockatoo someday but now i am too old as they live so long and not sure my son would want to inherit it ....so i wont .
Yes knowing toddlers ,i thought it made alot of sense ......same reason they tell you not to call vitamins "candy " .

Good morning purps!! Man-oh-man there's a bunch to get through, I've been popping in and out from time to time. I've just about planned a wedding in the last 3 weeks, final touches to be applied this evening and then... wed a week from Tuesday. Just found out that a couple of gals in the office are planning debauchery in the way of a hen do this weekend. I've just emailed my nearly-brother-in-law to make sure hub-to-be will be sufficiently plied with adult beverage. Evidently, the 'event' has not been widely communicated and nowt was planned... good job I checked! Hmm... are brides meant to help plan the stag do too?

OH ! I did not know you were getting married ! Have fun at the party ! Dont blame you for basically eloping lol ! Mine was simple and small ( cause we were young and poor ) lol but it turned out very nice and everyone had a good time ! Being 40 something now ( and closer to 50 ) i would be heading to a beach or vegas and not doing much at all ! It should be about whateve rthe couple wants !
