Well, maybe not since there's no topic to this thread, but there's no :outofnowhere: so there ya go: I'm going to see a financial counselor tomorrow. I've been trying to get my finances together to buy a house for years, and I've only gone backwards. So, I talked to my sister who works with a lot of people in the financial world, and she hooked me up with this guy. I am SO EXCITED!!! My wife is terrified, but frankly, nothing he says will be worse than the things that have been going on in my head anyway. And he can hook us up with a top-notch credit counselor. The credit-counselor wouldn't be free, but you gotta spend money to make money, right?

Anyway, wish me luck! I'll be dropping off my resume at a psych center closer to home that pays more tomorrow too, so it could be a big day!

Good luck You might want to look into free credit counseling in your state before you pay for that tho ? just an idea .
