    Absolutely gorgeous. Your wife is getting some really good shots in..... I take it she has the bug now!

    The robin shots are great. I like how she got the two stances: wings held in and wing hanging. Robins seem so relaxed with their wings hanging.

    Oh - your shots aren't too shabby either, GPR.

    Lisa,
    The telephoto lens helps to keep the birds relaxed, plus you can stay further away and make less movements. My wife also will stand and take 4 or 5 shots of the same scene, so I end up wading through a ton of duplicate photos to find the jewels.
